The only Autodesk® Content Network in North America with premier status, Integrated Content Solutions builds custom digital models for the architecture, engineering, and construction industries using Building Information Modeling (BIM). BIM’s innovative approach allows us to bridge communication between these industries and product manufacturers, resulting in high-quality custom models for the 3-D environment. We have excelled in the 3-D modeling industry since its inception nearly two decades ago, and our commitment to our clients as well as Autodesk® has fueled our drive to anticipate and lead industry trends. All of the content we create is done on site – not outsourced like many of our competitors. And through our parent company, CTC, we can also leverage other services and train our clients to do their own Revit® work. In every modeling project, we view our process as key to our success – and our client’s success. We strive to understand our clients’ needs before we begin development, ensuring on-target results. This commitment includes the following steps: Initial contact – We begin by listening to information about a client’s industry, product requirements, and request, ensuring we understand all the information provided and asking questions when necessary. Information gathering – Next we compile product information, such as cutsheets, spec sheets, LEED/Green data, and MSDS and crunch information to fully define the product scope and product application. Our team defines possible deliverables and options for content deployment as well as the project scope, ensuring conformity to industry standards. Project scope finalization and quotation development – Meeting with the client in person or via webcast, we outline the content application and best practices to be utilized, review deliverables and options for content deployment, and discuss development of the project quotation. Quotation/project scope presentation – To ensure mutual understanding and acceptance of the project parameters, we present an overview of the deliverables, timeline, and content deployment plan. At that time, we present the contract and mutual marketing documents for final approval. Content development – Once the project has been officially accepted, we begin development of products under the agreed-upon project scope, as well as any additional data for options in content deployment/marketing. Content delivery – Upon delivery of the product, we provide clients with a question and answer document as well as a follow-up webcast. Content delivery to third-party hosting sites – After client content verification, we then deliver the final product to third-party hosting services, such as Autodesk® Seek, Sweets, and RevitDrop. We then verify products have been properly deployed and publish content to live sites. Project wrap up – At the end of every project, we invite clients to participate in a discussion of the project and, if needed, identify next steps for future content development. |
